It does not matter if you are a professional, collegiate, or high school athlete, or even a weekend warrior; as a Board Certified Sports Physical Therapist (who also happens to be a certified strength and conditioning specialist and exercise physiologist), I can provide the base for you to take off.

Training and therapy are not just about performing better; it is also about being healthier and preventing injury. Whether you need to improve a chronic condition, want to feel better everyday, or try your first 5k, there is a path for you.

GUIDED OR INDEPENDENT

In person (one on one or small group) sessions can provide the direct guidance needed to make big improvements.
